2. Eligibility

• You confirm that you are voluntarily seeking wellness counseling
• MindKind services are not intended for emergencies or severe mental health conditions

3. Nature of Services

• All services are provided online only
• Sessions are conducted by independent professionals
• MindKind does not provide medical, psychiatric, or emergency care

4. Payments & Cancellations

• Payments must be completed before sessions
• Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time
• Late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable

5. Limitation of Liability

MindKind is not responsible for:

• Outcomes of counseling sessions
• Actions or advice provided by therapists
• Decisions made by users based on sessions

6. Termination

MindKind reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if services are misused or terms are violated.
